Call for Artists! Crossing Borders Exhibit for Members at the BWI Airport Gallery
MAEA is seeking art for a curated group show, Crossing Borders, at the BWI Airport Gallery. The exhibit will showcase the creative work of Maryland Artist/Educators. There is a fluid relationship between teaching and making with influences going from teacher to student and vice versa. Many of Maryland art educators cross the boundary between artist and teacher. This follows a long tradition of artists teaching that powerfully impacts their students and, often, influencing themselves and their work.
